Serving Gurugram's Neighbourhoods, One Doorstep at a Time

This is home turf — our facility sits right here at Vyapar Kendra, so Sushant Lok gets some of our fastest turnaround times in the city. Between the independent floors, the older builder apartments and the busier commercial stretches near MG Road metro, we run frequent pickup rounds through both Phase I and Phase II every single day.

If you live near the Galleria Market side or deeper into the residential blocks, chances are one of our executives already knows your building. Same-day express requests from Sushant Lok are usually the easiest for us to accommodate, simply because of the proximity.

DLF is a different kind of density — tall towers, gated societies, a real mix of long-time residents and newer families who've moved in over the last few years. We cover all five phases, from the quieter, greener stretches of DLF Phase 1 near the golf course, through the busy commercial belt of DLF Phase 3, to the high-rise clusters further out in Phase 4 and 5.

Many of our DLF customers are dual-income households who value the fixed pickup slots — evenings after 6pm are consistently our busiest window here, and we schedule extra routes through the phases specifically to keep that slot reliable. Building security and gate registration is something our team handles routinely, so getting cleared into your society is never a holdup.

This stretch has grown fast — new high-rises, premium societies and a genuinely international mix of residents along both Golf Course Road and its Extension further south. It's also one of our strongest areas for subscription plan customers, likely because households here tend to have exactly the kind of packed schedules our membership plans are built for.

We run scheduled pickups through the major societies along both roads, and given how spread out Golf Course Extension is compared to the older parts of the city, we've structured wider pickup windows here so timing stays predictable even as the road keeps extending further south each year.

South City 1 and South City 2 carry a slightly older, more settled residential character — tree-lined internal roads, established families, and a strong base of customers who've been with us long enough to have a regular weekly pickup day without even needing to book it fresh each time.

Sector 43, sitting right alongside our own facility, blends residential blocks with a fair amount of commercial and office activity, which is part of why it's also a strong area for our corporate accounts — offices and small businesses along the sector's commercial stretches send us bulk orders alongside the everyday household pickups happening a few streets over.

Beyond these core zones, we also serve a number of nearby Gurugram neighbourhoods on request — if you're just outside our primary coverage map, it's worth asking, since routes are added as demand builds in a given pocket of the city.
